BBPW and the Barnard College Office of Alumnae Affairs Present:
The Negotiating Skills Round Table
Negotiating Skills Workshop. Join us for a practical, no-holds-barred, and possibly provocative discussion of negotiating an employment package (or other business arrangment) in today's market. Topics addressed will include self-empowerment and presentation, dealing with sensitive issues, handling money negotiations, selecting references, negotiating total compensation, and closing the deal. Bring a copy of your resume and/or anything else you might want to negotiate.
Moderator, Charles Gates is a Managing Director at Grammer and Co., where he focuses on risk management consulting, training, and coaching for financial institutions, family-owned businesses and individuals.
